The leasing professional seemed to be going through the motions during our visit. I would not likely recommend the community.

I do not recall seeing street signs. The apartment needed to be updated and it had an odor.

The leasing agent was polite, but appeared rushed. She did not talk about any of the features in the apartment and briefly about the amenities. I did not feel valued, as a potential resident.

The fully renovated apartments in this community seemed like a good value, from what I could see on the video. The community felt like a neighborhood with a lot of nice trees, which is not typically found in a new community. I found the leasing professional had a warm attitude and was genuinely helpful. I felt like she would be helpful to me in the future. I think the price, location and quiet neighborhood feel would make for a nice home.

The pool is clean and updated. The grounds are well maintained The staff did not give me enough information to lease.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments need to be updated. The maintenance is horrible about taking time to fix things properly. Grounds keeper lawn service is always running over flowers and leaving messes behind.

I don't know about the rest of the buildings, but the area around the two buildings I live in is not kept up. There is always garbage laying around. There has been siding hanging for quite some time and hasn't been repaired. Portions of the wood and stairs were repaired but they didn't repair it all, it was not done as it should have. My balcony wood should have been done but it wasn't. The general upkeep and appearance of my building is not good. People let their dogs go to the bathroom everywhere, we can't even walk in the grass and the garbage bags that should be in the pet waste island never has bags and the bin is always full of garbage. I am disappointed that I chose this complex. My friend lives in another complex not managed by Lincoln and she never has these issues. Her buildings look wonderful, the leaves are cleaned up and there is never any garbage. They even have fun monthly newsletters and contests. I will say that the leasing office staff is always friendly.

I don't like living at Westwood apartments at all. There is water leakage all over the place in my apartment and power outlet are not working. I told their office many time and nobody showed up to fix it. no maintenance, no quality, an nothing. I can't wait until end of my contract to movie to a different place.

I did not feel welcome at this community, and I was not show or told about any of the amenities. I did not see anything on my own that made the location stand out from the rest.

I thought i was going to move to a nice quite apartment complex. Office staff was nice and pleasant to get me approved and moved in at the date i needed. Only after a couple of weeks, i begin to have problems, with broken items and roaches. After making several attempts to have this problem taken care of it was finally handled, but as soon as it was fixed something else broken..I think if they had more maintenamce staffed alot of this negative review would be resolved. I would not recommend this place to a friend because i would not recommend a place that has NOT been pleasant for myself. On more thing they call the gated swamp a lake ...That is a joke...they should just plow over it and cover it in concrete, i feel sorry for the ducks living there just horrible. I will not be renewing my lease, i am not happy with this place at all. sorry for the negative review but all i have typed has been nothing but the truth. Thank you.

We have lived in these apartments for a year and we are upgrading to a 2 bedroom at the end of the month. Our only complaints are mainly noise. The walls are thin so you can hear most of our neighbors in their daily activities. Also if your neighbors smoke inside your apartment will stink, our downstairs neighbors smoke inside and the smell comes through the vent and make our entire apartment stink. But other than those two things we have loved living here, especially because its super convenient to everything.

The apartments are priced great for the space you get and I love the area.

The agent tried to fill me in on the chaos in the leasing office. The tour was good to see the vacant apartment. The agent suggested I could drive around the community if I would like to do so.

I did not get to view an apartment. I did, however, drive by the pool. The upkeep was nice.
