Great Floorplans, community center and pool. Pricing is fair, but if it goes up I will likely move due to all the new apartments in the area that are new, modern and priced accordingly. Maybe replace the floors and change out carpet in bedrooms with LVP. We have enough parking spots, but the design is horrible typically forcing farther away parking than most would desire..

The over flow lot looks like a junk yard parked with boats, rvs and broken cars. The dumpster gets overrun with trash flowing out into the drive lane, the folks that collect the garbage drag it down hallways in plastic bags, no one picks up after their pets

Grounds are not kept well by building 12, ceiling is falling apart, hallway lights are out trash by trash bins is ajways overflowing
We have put out a few notices that your building is scheduled to be painted within the next six weeks--all ceiling repairs will be completed at that time (the buildings will look brand new! Just check out the ones that are already complete!). The hallway lights are all led and embedded in the ceiling--we just checked them two days ago and no lights were out (they're rated for 15 years and are only two years old at this point. Please reach out to the office right away about the specific light you are concerned about and we will see that it is repaired immediately! I do apologize for the perception that our compactor is 'always overflowing'--our service team is off on the weekends but still come by a few times each day to check it and crush any trash that may still be out. This is not a complaint we've received from any other residents, so please feel free to reach out to me directly with the specific times you are concerned about and I will make sure they are addressed right away. I personally cleaned the breezeways in your building just a little while ago and worked on the grounds myself, so I do apologize for any areas that were missed. Very high rent prices compared to other apartments around. Also all neighbors leave their trash cans/bags in walkways around the clock, frequently knocked over. Trash can rule not enforced.

We also do trash can audits on a regular basis and send letters to anyone that leaves their can out at the wrong time.
