We just moved to Riverview Grande (Villas) in November. The Villas need a lot of work done to them, inside and out. The "exercise" facility is a JOKE! TV doesn't work, half of the machines don't work and the ceiling is so low, you can't jump rope, do pull-ups. Don't move here!!!!

They will show you a model apartment that looks great and will not show you the actual apartment you'll be moving to. The actual apartment looks NOTHING like model. They are made cheap and good luck getting maintenance problems fixed, which you will have many.
