We rented there during a special promotion so our rent was less than market it did increase the following year but only by 25 dollars which was manageable. The landscaping in minimal and parking is too but we used our garage and driveway and that was adequate for our needs. We rarely had maintenance issues but the guy seemed nice. Minimal interaction with the manager but helpful when needed. We bought a house and had to break our lease but that meant we had to pay until our unit was re-rented. Thankfully she was able to get someone to replace us fairly quickly.

Management is difficult to deal with. To get our keys they did not meet us they just left the front door unlocked and said help yourself keys are on the counter. Once a month they let themselves in get water readings due to outside digit display not working properly. They also do not allow you to call in the water readings. Inspections are ok once and a while but this is monthly,. Carpets are horribly stained. For the money maintenance slops paint around the walls over fixtures, glass, and carpet. The place looked like it was cleaned by a 5 year old. Extremely disappointed in the lack of pride management takes in this community.
