The community environment was very inviting and appealing. The leasing agent made me feel at home. The apartment had an ambiance; it was tastefully furnished. The apartment was well located and close to downtown Portland and within walking distance to diners and stores.

The community was beautiful and had lovely kitchens. I liked that you were allowed to paint accent walls and personalize the apartment. The only drawback I can see is the large amount of construction going on nearby. The leasing professional I met with was very helpful and friendly. I would have absolutely leased here.

The apartment was very nice and spacious, but overpriced. There was a fitness center, but no swimming pool or sauna. You are paying for the location and not what they offer. If you like living in a hotel-like setting, long hallways and no outside entrance, without grass or plants, then this might be the place to live.

The leasing agent was friendly and welcoming. You could tell personal service mattered to them. The curb appeal was great here. The pride of this community shows. I would be very happy living here. They have many nice amenities to offer. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

The amenities and features were just like any other community. The apartment felt very aesthetic and lacked a homey feel. The leasing agent was nice but not personable.

Overall, it was a very nice community. The staff was friendly and professional. The property was very high tech and modern. It was priced well for the area and was also an environmentally correct property, which was very nice. If I were in my late 20's, I would live there in a second!

The apartment community was awesome beyond words. It had a wonderful view of the waterfront. The leasing consultant was very polite and treated me like a queen.

The community was very nice. However, the views from the balconies had old rooftops and an abandoned, field full of potholes and mud. This detracted from the apartment very much, in my opinion.

The community is just beautiful and in a great location. The foot traffic is really limited to people who work in the area or live there. The apartments themselves are like new with very modern accents.

The community was by far one of the classiest properties I had seen. The amenities would make me never want to leave home!
