Lately there are many outgoing residents complaining about the ridiculous move out charges. We saw something similar even though we moved apartments within Nexus.

The customer service has been one of the best we have received among all the places we have leased.

The rental units are spacious and good value for the money. The office staff is helpful, attentive, and quick to deal with tenant concerns. The common areas are clean and well-maintained. I intend to stay here for the foreseeable future.

Top notch friendly staff. The location is fantastic for someone attending Pacific University and with a husband that works in Portland. Can't beat the fact that Orenco is right off of the MAX!

All personnel working at the apt is exceptional. They are friendly and try to meet every need as quickly as possible. This has made our stay here very pleasant. My main complaint with the apt is the layout itself. There are many details which seem to not have been thought through when designing the layout: Placement of lights, light switches and layout of cupboards is highly inefficient for the the amount of space that is given. Unfortunately, i'm reminded of this every time I use the cupboards and every time i walk into the dark living room and am looking for the light switch

I’d only recommend this community to somebody who could afford twice the monthly rent they would be paying at move in.

They are quick to fix anything that breaks. It's a major plus to have a landlord that handles repairs quickly.

It's too expensive.

I would highly recommend nexus at orenco station for those that are starting their lives out here in Oregon or for those attending school. The close proximity to the max and the continued development of this area is very attractive to any age.
