It's loud, I hear my neighbor above who babysits frequently a lot. I've asked them to be quiet, but you can't really contain a 4 year old. Point being there isn't a sound buffer for this kind of thing.

I would definitely recommend this community because I do apartment mystery shopping for your company (EPMS) and I have found no apartments comparable to the amenities here.

The only reason I wouldn't recommend it is because the rent is so high, and most people I know don't need or want the exercise room or community activities so it's wouldnt be a good value for them, any more than for me.. Not everyone works for Intel.

It is a beautiful complex wth well maintained apartments and I really like the area. Having nice parks, gardens, resturants & grocerry store close by is awesome.

I would recommend Nexus because, as said earlier, the value is there; the proximity to the retail community is great, my apartment spacious and well-lit, and the staff friendly and personable. What's not to recommend?

The apartment features are cheap and the rent seems high based on that alone, but the service and the community features are on par with the rental rate

I really appreciated the location and the community amenities offered at this property. I was a bit disappointed by the interior finishes, as the cabinetry and appliances were somewhat dated, although in good condition. I would rent at this property based on the amenities and location, rather than the apartment interiors.
