Parking is a hug problem. U can hear thru the walls when people are running up and down the stairs. The office doesnât manage the smell of weed coming into the hallways. They donât check to see has parking permits or enforces the rules of parking.

With such a large complex to manage, the shared living areas and general upkeep is great. Not a day goes by that maintenance isnât out working on something. I notice work being done in my particular area of my specific building at least 2-3 times a month.

I would recommend living at quatama because the property and apartments are well maintained. Also because rental increases are much lower than other places.

This is a very clean, well upkept apartment community with prompt maintenance personnel who actually know what they're doing. My previous apt. complex was not well maintained; no maintenance personnel who knew what to do. Just the manager, who was not prompt nor did he know much that needed done.

Knowing the property is taken care of in a timely manner, the office staff is friendly and helpful, situations that occur are handled by all necessary parties, and that I have been able to build relationships with residents and staff alike, this is one property I would recommend to others.
