Changes are happening, but there’s still definitely room for improvement.

I wonder if they allow to set up the camera out anywhere but I'm not sure what they recommend here.

I have recommended the community. But the comments from them have gone from great to mediocre o er the last couple of years.

I would recommend this complex only to people if they couldn't afford a regularly price department.

You are straightforward and mean what you say or do.

Because I don't think you could find a more comfortable place to live. With how much they do for the community I think it's the best place to live.

Neighbors are loud outside most nights, sometimes until 2 or 3am. They seem to have made friends with the “security” guy that works at night, so nothing happens. Also, a lot of parking spaces are barely big enough to fit a car let alone my SUV. I have 6 door dings just since moving in here. On top of that, due to the sap from the trees, car washes are needed weekly.

I love living here

I would but some of the neighbors are a bit loud and obnoxious pertaining to emotional outbursts and cussing.

Cost of rent keeps going up. It is somewhat lower than other places, but still expensive to live anywhere alone.

I have already recommended this community to a few people

Very friendly and helpful

The monthly rate is pretty steep, especially if this is supposed to be an income restricted living community
