Absolutely terrible management! I moved into my apartment in May, it is now the end of July and 0 of 5 maintenance request have been fulfilled. When I moved in the a/c did not work for a week! The dishwasher doesn't work, no water pressure, no returned phone calls AND the pool is always locked. My family and I are very unhappy with the home we have chosen for the next year. We will not be renewing out lease.

I dont see option to give less than 1 star. One of the worst managed community. No doubt apt are new but something broke and if you raise any maintenance request, no one looks at it. No one even respond to your emails.

These apt has huge insulation issue. I paid around 400$ electricity bill in winters while keeping temp as 66F.

When I moved in this community I was looking for review and couldnt find anything. I don t want anyone else to get mislead, so writing review first time in my life.

Unless you like paying $500 a month electric bills because ardent owns the electric company and charges a very high premium for accessing AEP's infrastructure that surrounds the property. Unless you enjoy cracking cabinets and peeling trim in under a year. Unless you like not having ANYWHERE to park even though you play more than a mortgage for your rental unit. Unless you like rude ineffectual local management whose only concern is filling vacancies, not maintenance or renter issues. If your OK with all of this, traditions at Carson farms is the place for you. I had more but "the voice" said I couldn't voice it.......
