The property, model and leasing agent were all very commendable. The only thing that was a little problematic was the large range of pricing. $300 could be a lot if you do not know ahead of putting down a deposit.

The community was well-maintained and well-pruned. The parking garage was a big bonus.

The location and conveniences that were close by were appealing.

The sales women at this community were exceptional. They were kind and informative, and they were truly interested in helping me find a new apartment. They had followed up with me by email before I even got home.

I really like the heated pool so you can swim more months.

The bathroom inside of the bedroom in the one bedroom units is not functional for guests. The pool and stairways were filthy. The garage and grounds needed work. The kitchen and small coffee bar seemed a little meek for an upscale community. The rooms were very small and did not seem to be worth the rent. One positive about the community is that it is located near a shopping center.

I have always been curious about the community, because I see it every time I go shopping. I was impressed with the feel, especially when I first walked into the leasing office. It felt like a mountain resort. I also thought the floor plans were appealing.

The Leasing Professional was a great salesperson. She does everything she can to get the information about what you want in an apartment. She was not pushy but does ask the questions about leaving a deposit and taking an application. The community was very nice with great amenities. The fact that it was in a very busy commercial area would be great for a business person that worked close to the community and wanted an above average apartment community.
