Nice Amenities

Nice area, a bit pricey. Close to absolutely anything you may need- especially with the grocery and many restaurants directly across the street. There is a nice fitness room that could use a few new pieces of equipment however it is nice that its 24/7, along with the pool that is open in the summer! However, there is no recycling provided and can be noisy throughout the day and night. Pet friendly is also a plus.

The leasing agent was very intent on making me happy. They went out of their way in describing the benefits and the amenities, and worked hard at building rapport with me.

The leasing agent did an excellent job. It was situated in a good spot and the office looked real posh and nice. The rent is a bit over what I thought it would be. I know getting a two car garage is nice, but I still thought it was high.

The person was very professional and helpful. They asked questions to understand the customer needs. The community looks clean, with no visible trash in the surrounding areas. The apartments are well maintained. The appliances do not look worn and have a fresh smell.

The fact that you can not give a price is strange and scary to the potential customer.

This is a very attractive community. It is so convenient and there is a covered garage and elevators to boot. There is a heated pool and so many shops nearby, you literally only have to cross the street.

This community is the top of the line, just like being home.

The community was very nice, but a bit over-priced.

peaceful & great location .

If you are someone who loves living in the city , closer to action and yet not too close to downtown , this is the place for you . All the amenities are either a 10 minute walk or a 10 min driving distance . I would totally recommend this place to make a start in this county . Being a pet friendly apartment , there are some great options for pet boarding and spas , parks , trails to hike and bars to visit with them :)

Nice apartments, but you pay a premium

It's nice, but it's also pretty expensive for what you get.
Rent is non-negotiable and goes up every year.
They also do not have recycling. (It's the 21st century, how is this possible?)

The agent a great presenter. She was thorough and detailed.

Not as nice as I had hoped

The location is the best in the city, but the apartments are showing their age and original quality of construction, which was not top grade. The high ceilings should perform well in the summertime, but in winter it makes the apartment very difficult to heat to be really warm, at night. The window coverings need improvement. The outside gate locks are failing this winter. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the property amenities are really cool. The apartments are extraordinarily spacious.

The community is great but overpriced. Residents pay extra for stainless steel applicances which are standard in many apartment communities, especially ones charging high rates for rent.

Valeria,Heather, and Margo are great!

It's great!
Very quite community

The leasing professional was very friendly and outgoing. The community was very well maintained and seemed like a nice place to live.
