Gone downhill.
I moved in about 8 years ago, and it was a lovely place to live. In the last few years, the cleanliness has gone down. The hallways are not vacuumed, and the elevators are dirty. They have significantly reduced the activities, yet the rent keeps increasing. The have gotten rid of the good staff members, and kept the miserable one. The chairs were removed from the foyer because the residents were told that it looked a nursing home when they gather there.
The hallways are vacuumed weekly along with the cleaning of the elevators. Resident activities still running and are listed on the monthly calendar. Monday-Firday Coffee Hour 8am-10am, afternoon coffee on Monday's, Tea time on Tuesday afternoon, movies held every Wednesday. Bingo is held Tuesday evenings. There was a reduction in staff. The chairs were move from the front entrance as there were only four chairs and there was approximately 10-15 residents gathering making difficult for others to get to mail area. The chairs were relocated to the Lexington Room to allow for more chairs to be available.
