It's safe and clean, but expect disappointments

The customer experience was exceptionally inviting. I would recommend this property to my family, friends and coworkers.

The apartment community as a whole was fairly well kept save for the geese refuse and one slightly overflowing dumpster mid-property. However, that was completely understandable to me considering the fact they are in a state of renovation. The leasing professional had a calm, confident and yet approachable air and pleasant demeanor.

They would probably find it acceptable.

I would very likely rent at this community. It is a very lovely setting with a great many amenities and upgrades. The agent was engaging and offered a compelling presentation.

The leasing professional was very friendly, professional and thorough as she introduced me to the community. The communal amenities are better than most communities (the lake and possibility of keeping a boat there, tennis court, pool, fitness center), including the amenities within the apartment, including a fireplace, balcony, skylight, and brand new kitchen.

I'd say it's a well-maintained and large complex of buildings.
I'd say it's clean, well landscaped, and h a friendly feel.
I'd say the employees try their best to keep the complex running properly while showing an interest in the residents welfare.

Friendly people, well kept, spacious apartments, pool is lovely. Rent is on the high side, but worth the peace of mind that staff is available at all times. The 'gym' needs work, and the geese need to be contained a bit better.

The larger style apartment seemed to be overpriced. The property was well maintained and cozy, and it was almost like a private village.

There is construction going on at this community. The Leasing Office is moving, the fitness center is being torn down and relocated. There is no community/clubhouse at this time. I felt the price was high especially without all these amenities being available now.

The staff were friendly and pleasant. The community was quiet. The inside of the apartments were clean and attractive. The grounds were clean and well kept. The pool was large. The tennis courts were well keep. The lake was beautiful with a great view.
