The property was really beautiful and I appreciated the fireplace especially in an area like that where it would get cold during the winter. I liked the fruit trees on the property.

This is a very nice and quiet community, situated right near the lake. The amenities were pleasant and inviting.

The model apartment I saw had been upgraded. There was open space and the apartments were spread out. It did not feel cramped or that you would be on top of others. The pool and access to the lake were appealing. Parking was abundant. The staff was friendly and pleasant.

I was pleased with the attentive nature of the staff I interacted with. I was impressed with the condition of the apartments I viewed and the space. Each apartment had a nice patio area and thoughtful amenities. I felt the price was on the high side for the area, but was a decent value. The grounds were impeccable and the pool area was quite nice. I appreciated that garbage removal and a parking space were included at no extra cost.

The community amenities struck me as ordinary. They were spread far apart and far and few in between. The upkeep seemed to be lacking. The leasing agent came across as pleasant, but disconnected. She did not say much at all. She did not make a big attempt to relate the home to my needs and interests, she just showed me a room. I would not recommend this community to my friends.

For the most part, I felt the apartment shown was in good condition and the appliances were clean. Everything was well maintained with the exception of the burn mark on the granite counter top. The leasing professional was personable, polite, genuinely warm and friendly, well spoken, and organized.

The front office seemed poorly run. The leasing professional was sitting inside her office and there was really no place to wait. The community seemed clean and well maintained. It was hard to get an idea from a model, especially since I was looking for a one bedroom and this was a two bedroom. The leasing professional did mention that all the apartments were being renovated once they came up for lease, but I would not have rented without looking at a real apartment.

I thought the community was in a pretty convenient location, in a rural, peaceful area in upstate New York but still easily accessible and close to basic everyday necessities. I also thought that it was beautifully maintained, and they also offered a bunch of amenities for their residents to enjoy onsite. The staff members I talked to during my visit were very helpful and very hospitable, and they did their best to make me feel right at home during my visit. They were also able to answer all of my questions about the community, and they did a good and thorough job with their presentation. The apartments themselves were also very nicely appointed and offered at a reasonable price for their location. Overall, I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live in the area.
