I have made some very nice friends while living here. But that is about all the good things I can say about this place. First off, it is quite expensive for what you get. They include basic cable and basic internet, water and trash but that’s it. My apartment was not really ready when I moved in, it was dirty and the painting was terrible. After all this time there is still stuff falling behind the walls, the baseboards do not meet the floor in many areas and the paint gets marks on it just looking at it. The dishwasher takes at least an hour and a half to complete the cycle. My closet is tiny and the fridge door can’t open all the way because it hits a cabinet. And forget the view, I cannot see any pond just other apartments, plus the rain gutters outside make a waterfall onto my patio and the roads are loaded with mud. The grass does not get cut very often. even tho there was no security deposit you get a very detailed list of what you have to pay for the least little thing when you leave which might be sooner than later.
