For the amount of money you pay for the apartment you can rent or lease a house with alot less noise.
We pride ourselves on having a wonderful community and your apartment is your home! We have very large apartments from 1142 sq feet -1944 sq feet. We have our community events, pool, walking trails and 24 hour on call maintenance..what better reason to stay and enjoy all we have to offer!

I do not recommend this place for long term residency because of the ever persistent desire to adjust the rental rate when a new lease is signed. At this rental rate one is better off buying a house where the mortgage payment is fixed.
I do understand your concerns with rental rates. However, your rate will stay the same during your year lease, if you go shorter the rates do change. Also we have very large apartments (yours is 1713 sq feet) and rental rates are very much in line with the market and surrounding homes. We offer 24 hr on site maintenance, resident activities, swimming pool and spa. We hope to have you a very long time and appreciate your concerns.

I would recommend Caviata to anyone as long as they understand that the unit they choose might only come with a one car garage.
You can always choose a 1 car or a 2 car garage. Thank you for being a very important part of our community

Cost to much!!!!!!!!
I appreciate your feedback and would love to have you stay. Our apartments are very spacious (yours is 1683 sq feet) and tri- level so it is expensive to heat/cool. However, you have major windows thru out giving you natural lighting and beautiful views. we hope you decide to stay and enjoy your community

I would recommend Caviata because of the spaciousness and design of the unit, presence of a garage, safety/lack of unsavory individuals in the complex, but because of the other issues mentioned above, I am not sure it's a good value for the high cost of rent.

I would for the space, area, etc. But I would caution that it is expensive. Just because they are nice, in good repair and have good appliances, doesn't mean they should cost so much. The rent should be lowered by about $200/in my opinion because of the high utilities. And, personal parking is a nightmare. Not enough space. Many people have garages, full of stuff and park their cars in the guest/outer spots, so there isn't room for any REAL guests to visit & park.
Thank you for the review. We are working on the parking and enforcing that everyone use their attached garages for their vehicle. The size of the apartment and the different levels are more expensive to heat/cool. However, I did look into the same square footage as your apartment and compared to homes in the area and the cost of utilities are significantly lower in our apartments. I hope you stay for a long time and appreciate your feedback

The community is beautiful. The buildings are in wonderful shape and the landscaping is clean and litter free. There is plenty of parking for tenants and guests.
