I would recommend because the apartments are beautiful and the staff is on point. Though, at times I would not recommend because many of the other residents are not respectful of the community and the shared space, which can be very frustrating.

Nice apts, nice balance of feeling like open areas to get around despite we are all living on top of each other. Great amenities that maybe aren’t fully used,

It is a great community to live in. Can't really ask for more

The only thing that bothers me is when construction that should have been completed isn't and the noise level of some work while I am at home is disturbing.

There would be a 50-50 chance of noise from an adjoining apartment, so I am hesitant to recommend Elysian

Parking is a big problem. I'm afraid when the complex is full it will be even worse. Also, getting in or out of the complex from Stephanie is another negative.

The reason I would is because of the staff and the apartment. Mainly would not due to the the people that are currently here and the lack of respect they have for other neighbors.

I chose Elysisn at Stonelake as this is a newly built Apt. It is very frustrating to live in an apartment where the carpet looks very unsightly and dingy which is not worth with the rent I pay . Also may I suggest to please have the entire community sprayed on a regular basis due to cricket infestation . There were crickets crawling on the kitchen countertop , bathroom , laundry area etc. I am not happy . This is not what I am expecting .

Great community but over priced. Elysian has made some failed promises.
