I have lived at Bishop's view for 2 years. We have had a great experience in the community until last month whey they changed their staff and maintenance department. Earlier staff was so great and listened to our complaints and fixed them very early.

New staff is incompetent in fixing issues and charging unnecessarily. We had lost gym entry card for more than 1 month and have asked the staff to give us a new card 5 times!!! Every time staff says because of their computer system it is not ready. It will be ready in day or two! And it has been 5 weeks since their day or two!!

I recently locked out and had to pay 50 dollars lock out charges!!! Guess what!! In 2 years I had locked out twice before and never had to pay for it. and when I brought this matter to staff's attention the answer was " well, better not forget those keys!! Other communities charge 100 -150 dollars and we charge only 50!! I would have rather called a locksmith who could have opened it for 15 dollars!

I am just glad that my lease is due for renewal in 2 months! And yes. you guessed it right, we are not renewing it. I would not recommend any new prospective renters to come! Unless, they wanna overpay not only for the apartments but also want to deal with incompetent and unprofessional new staff!

The model was beautiful. The property's exterior and interior was well maintained. The apartments were very nicely laid out. I loved the huge closet off the bathroom and the bathrooms were beautiful. The model was nicely decorated and warm.

Do not rent here! Management is horrible. They always add fees and many issues within the apartments. Very loud next to cooper river and on route 70.

The community is very well cared for and the service I received from the leasing agent was very professional. The apartment felt small even though it was just about 1100 square feet. I think the entire property sits a little too close to the highway. Otherwise it would be wonderful.

The community is a hidden gem. I drive by the property at least five times a week and never knew how nice it was. I would definitely recommend the community in the future.

This is a very attractive, well maintained community. They offer a lot for a reasonable rental rate.

This community is ideal. It is ideally located in an upscale area and very close to public transportation. Many well known shopping malls and restaurants are close by. Almost anyone could be happy living there.

The community is gated and well-maintained. All the grounds/amenities are attractive and modern. The leasing consultant was zealous and tried to meet my needs, while highlighting property benefits and specials.

The community had a lot to offer for the prices charged. The garages, gated community, and large garden tubs were very good benefits to the apartment. The agent mentioned everything she needed to to make the community sound and look like an excellent place to live.

The agent was personable and professional. She made me feel like my business was wanted. She was polite and attentive. She was engaging and made me feel like I could make an informed decision.

I would personally love to live in this community based on the features. The fact that it was gated and all the amenities the pool, gym, and business center all of which I desire to have. The area was clean and a safe place to raise children.

The leasing professional did an outstanding job with using her customer relation talents. She was definitely an expert with the community and presenting and showing the apartments. She had a natural flow with how she created her sense of urgency from showcasing the desirability of the community's location and its amenities and its features. Showcasing the model apartment was definitely a strength of hers.
