Since my first year here in 2001, there have been many changes in the neighboring
Apartments. I would think carefully about recommending not because of the town but for the people residing here. I have kept a journal of my years here and most of my time has been positive. The world has changed dramatically and this town and area has aswell.

Not likely , appliances are very old , the carpets are old and worn out , the bathroom is outdated , the door bell r super old and sound terrible , . And all the heating problems we have here in the winter , not good ,,

I would recommend this apartment community, because it is very affordable, quiet and very friendly community. Having washer/dryer onsite is a big plus. Maintenance crew and office staff are very friendly.They listen and address your concerns.

the apartment are out dated ,the stove is old, and fridge also , the rugs are old and in very poor condition ,the bathroom tile are in poor condition the grout is thin and looks bad ,they added wood molding in the bath tub and painted over it ,so eventually its going to get mold ,the painting in the apartment was done very sloppy , some area are done and others were not ,you can see all the miss area very poor job , and all the problems with heat is bad , nothing gets updated ,

I would only recommend 42 west if all of the washers were working properly. It’s been about 6 months since that one washer in the laundry room actually functioned properly. Nothing seems to be being done about it.

This is a very quiet and pleasant apartment community to live in.
I will be calling it home for the next few years.
