Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I think it's a nice place to live before moving forward.

I wouldn’t. It is not worth the rent increases. It is very average apartment with subpar community areas and zero response or help from management

The hot water goes out constantly and it's very disappointing. When you come home from work and to not be able to take a hot shower. During the winter the heat inside of the apartments is horriable. I'm also very disappointed with the washer and dryers in the basement they are very old and do not work well esp when you have to pay to use them. I actually take my wash to my parents. If my rent goes up when my lease expires I'm almost certain that I will be moving out because I have been very dissapointed so far and I moved in December of 2018

When I first moved in I 10/10 would recommend. Since moving in there have been no improvements to keep up with the building and the community that previously lived here have all left. The new people coming in are much louder and problems with the building have continued to happen with a lack of response from management.

it's convenient. fair rent. fulfills basis needs.

I think I would recommend it more if the laundry situation was fixed. That is currently my biggest turn off for the building
