The buildings are older.. That's fine. But they advertise updated apartments, then on move in day you realize that you get an old run-down apartment for a significantly steeper price than McMillan was charging. NOTHING in the apartment works. The floors, appliances, everything are falling apartment. Nobody in the office will EVER answer the phone or call back or show any signs of existing. This has been the worst moving and living experience ever. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Prices seem lower than other complexes, but with all the hidden mandatory fees, it's about the same... So I wish I had gone elsewhere.  This is so disappointing, the staff with McMillan oaks was on top of things. 

Also, work orders which should be prioritized go ignored... Yet, they are able to do construction in the complex office in a timely manner. 

I honestly don't see how this company could possibly make it.

This place used to be called McMillan Oaks , we appreciate that the new company attempting to make it a better place to live . With that said, here are a list of things we like and dislike.

Pros list --> It's walking distance to the college, neighbors seem friendly, the office lady seems sweet and friendly.

Cons > Old buildings, nearly bug infested, no one picks up the phone in the office, no one calls you back, super thin walls- hear everything. Big aggressive dogs breeds are living here. Lots of noisy college parties. Dog fecies every where in the grass. No one is in the office for you to drop off rent . If you use online payment the company will tag late fees if the online payment company THEY chose is late paying them - not the renters fault. 

Starting price used to be $699, now it's $775 wich is steep for the poor quality and lack of service. 

Also, the maintenance man is dishonest.

I would recommend this if you are a student and don't care about these things.
