The community was very appealing and clean all around. It was centrally located, but yet out of the beaten path. There were lots of restaurants, shops and a grocery store very close to the community. I would recommend it for sure. I thought it would be a nice place to live.

The only reason I say likely, is the cost in rent increasing and going over $800 for the Cape Hatteras. I do not see the Cape Hatteras as an apartment worth more than that, and am concerned about the costs of the apartments rising. However, I realize the market value has increased and I do realize the fact I am living in an area with more expensive homes in Falls River.

It is a quiet community with greenway and park access. Only reason not to recommend is there is not a lot of common space for dog walking or kids to play.

It is great for folks over 60 with mobility issues. It also has recreational value. We love the location, and we patronize all our neighborhood businesses.

Very comfortable place. Well designed. We have one family next to us and one above us. Very little noise and the grounds and buildings are very well maintained!

This place is very nice and it's in a great area. The only issue I have, is the way people park their cars in the parking lot. They park diagonally in their spot and it makes it hard for other tenants who park their cars correctly to get in and out of their cars. But I realize that it is a tenant issue and not a property issue.

The apartment community was very nice and quiet and in a good neighborhood. The apartment community was right off of the major highways. They had several shopping centers and restaurants very close by.

I liked the amenities of the community. It had a large, twenty-four hour fitness room, business center and movie room. The apartment had a cozy feel to it. My customer service experience was positive and comfortable.

This is an appealing community, located in a strategic area, but, not on the beaten path, painstakingly well maintained both in the landscaping, amenities and the apartment homes themselves.

The visit was very pleasant. I really enjoyed the the scenery and the apartment was exactly what I was looking for.

This is a nice community, very clean and friendly staff. There is an elevator which makes the move in easier. The halls were wider as you exited the elevator than most. It is located in a great area.
