Great Place to Call Home

I have been a resident of Raeford Fields for only 4 months and cant think of a better place to call home. The maintenance staff are extremely friendly and responsive. This is an excellent community!!!

Do not recommend.

This hosting is not something I would recommend to ANYONE especially military. They are not following state it federal law fur military. The houses are run down, falling apart and the maintenance is rude and doesn't fix anything. The house are extremely overpriced for how shoddy they are. Staff is argumentative and rude. Please avoid this place especially if you're military.

Horrible!!!! So many things wrong with the houses it don't make any sense! You report things and they will not fix them. The maintenance workers are so rude it's ridiculous! Over priced for the rent especially for the condition of the house! Would not recommend anyone stay there
Also despise it here. Military must avoid. Read my comment. Get out now or stay away. 
These houses are infested with bugs (spiders and roaches) it's ridiculous!! Not small roaches large ones!! They should of bombed these houses before renting them out.. A lot of the outlets and lights don't work.. I've also put on work orders and nothing had yet been even checked on. Will not be renewing my lease.
I read one "good " review on Facebook. I was shocked. I am glad people are voicing their thoughts. It is disturbing how bad these really are.Â
