poor management needs to do some thing about the parking

Overall, I really enjoyed in the community and walk through. The community was in a great area and felt very safe.

The apartment community was very nice and clean. The pool area was very clean. The dog park was outstanding. The employees were very friendly and polite. The apartments looked just like new.

This property offers a lot for those who want to get away from the major city. The quiet life is what you will get at this property with some great amenities.

Although convenient for the main highway through the state, the community was a cookie cutter and very much like what you might find down the street. If I had to have an apartment today, I could make it do for a while, but I would see if I could get a six month lease.

This appears to be a very nice place to live. The grounds are kept up well, and it is a perfect location with easy access to the highway. Shopping is very close. The apartments are spacious from what I saw. I think I could be happy living here.

The fact that this apartment community had everything a resident needed, such as garage rentals, washer and dryer rentals, and volleyball courts to name a few, made this a very inviting place to live.

The community is conveniently located. The community provides a quiet small town atmosphere. The grounds are attractive and inviting. As you drive in, you feel that you are home. The clubhouse is conveniently located and easy to access.

The leasing agent was very thorough in her presentation. She covered all of the amenities. She included benefits with all of the features of the apartment. She was very enthusiastic and you could tell from her voice and body language she was very proud to represent the complex. The complex was well maintained. It had beautiful landscaping. It was the first apartment complex I had seen with a beach volleyball area. The apartments are large in comparison to other apartments. It is good value for the rental fees being charged. Unfortunately, they don't offer outside patios/balconies which would have been nice. I liked the location of the mailboxes in each building. The cement corridor walkways are not very attractive. They give a "factory floor" appearance.

Overall, I was impressed with this community. The location was very close to the highway to get me in and out and where I would need to go. The community also had plenty of places to eat and shopping close by. I liked the fact they had an on-site car washing and cleaning area. The swimming pool was also nice. The apartment was very nice and spacious, and I thought it was very large for the price that was quoted.

I thought that leasing rate was really reasonable and almost worth the commute for families that live in surrounding cities just to get a break and save.
