The community was beautiful and I thought the apartments were amazing.

This was a great option for University students, especially since it was fully furnished and offered shuttle buses to and from the campus.

Based on all the exemplary amenities and the beautiful shared apartment spaces, I believe my son would be very happy living there.

Arriving at this community was like arriving to a vacation resort, tucked away off of busy streets, in a beautifully kept development of cottages. With a versitility of floor plans, there is bound to be something to suit anyone's need. There is an outstanding knowledgeable staff to assist and address questions or concerns. In addition to helping with the application process. The convenient hours and the offer to schedule a tour is an option worth taking. The amenities, which include a fitness center, tanning, a large computer center, common room and a sparkling pool, are added bonuses. A very convenient amenity is having cable connections and Internet available in each bedroom and included in the cost of rent. The community offers shuttle service to and from UNCG and is pet friendly.

The community was beautiful. I would just say that the contact with the leasing professional was very vague. They did not try to get to know me as a prospective resident. They seemed too busy or not trained to ask about my preferences, desires and price range.

The apartment community definitely had the average student in mind. They provided furniture, television, washer and dryer, private bedrooms, private bathrooms and walk-in closets for all residents. The added features of study rooms, fitness centers, internet access, community resident events and free coffee made the property a great alternative to on-campus living. I was thoroughly impressed with all the amenities they had to offer.

The community offered so much for students or anyone. It had great floor plans for a great price. I thought that the consultant did an excellent job, but I really had a hard time understanding her as she spoke extremely fast.
