I would consider this property if I was in the market.

As a real customer looking for an apartment, I would not lease at this community but not due to any fault of the leasing agent. The apartment was outdated! I understand there were more updated apartments but I also did not like the community it was near.

Staff and community were impressive. Apartment was a bit small for my taste.

The grounds were neatly groomed. The pricing was great for the area and the amenities provided. The leasing staff were pleasant, professional and helpful.

The leasing agent was great. The community was older but in a great area.

I loved the community's convenience to everything. The property was fairly bigger than I expected. There were several areas to pick from. The staff came off as warm and very friendly from beginning to end.

I believe that the individuals who work at the community were very genuine and true.

The staff can sell the property, but you have to do something to make people have the wow factor as they pull in. Presentation is everything.

I was not shown the community amenities, therefore I cannot comment on them. The upkeep of the common areas was perfectly acceptable. It was clean and well maintained. The Leasing Professional was rigid at first, but became delightfully animated. He was a pleasure to speak with. The way he presented the apartment was natural and not forced. He engaged me with the surroundings and himself. He tailored the apartment to my needs, but simply for the basics. I may or may not live here based on the perceived value for the price. I could live at the property and make it work for me, and would probably recommend the community based primarily upon my interaction with the Leasing Professional.

This was a great community that had a few set backs, but with some renovations and upgrades, this will be a great community.

The closing technique used by Chancey was simple. My overall attitude and my impression of him was a positive one. He was welcoming and knowledgeable about the community. Chancey was well spoken and friendly. He knew all the surrounding establishments outside of the community. I would of leased this apartment based on his presentation.

The community was well taken care of and had an appealing promotion with free cable and trash. I would recommend them to others.

The leasing agent was friendly and helpful. I thought the rental rate was reasonable for what was offered.
