Nice place
My husband and I lived here for 2 years before finally moving. This was a nice place to live. Managers were friendly, maintenance was quick. BUT...:
1. Noise, as in any apartment, was ridiculous. We could ALWAYS hear our neighbor's bass from their tv or whatever it was. It was addressed, as best as the managers could.... I guess. There does not seem to be any kind of insulation in the buildings since you can hear ALOT of outside and such.
2. MAKE SURE YOU DOCUMENT EVERY SINGLE THING WRONG DURING YOUR WALKTHROUGH!! When we moved out, we learned that we were getting charged $120 or so for the microwave because it was cracked. Well....we did NOT do this; in fact, we requested a replacement of which they never gave us. I feel like they messed us over with that, and it was a really lame on their end.
3. Their rent is subject to jump up soon, which is why we had to go. What they charge for a 1 br now is WAY ridiculous. It most definitely isn't worth THAT much.
Besides all that mess....we did enjoy being there. The grounds were well kept and there were some nice people around. All in all, if you can stand some noise and a bit of crooked move out mess, it is a great location.
