I would not recommend this apartment due to the thin walls and ceilings. The neighbor noise is the worst I have heard in an apartment building- and these people are not being overly loud.

Only complaints are the car break ins and really loud people on the sidewalk at night but that’s part of city life and hard to control. Staff is great and I know things will always be fixed or taken care of.

Lovely community and a good sense of community among the residents.

Hallways are disgusting smelly etc.Windows let in lots of cold air.

The walls are extremely thin. You can hear conversations people are having in the apartment next door. Also, the apartment door constantly makes squeaking noises throughout the day while it’s closed.

I think the rent is a bit high considering the lack of events and not having a concierge/24 hour package access.

It's in such a great location, there are amazing amenities and it is fantastic living here!

Cheap construction and loud.

I like the location, amenities (brunch and pool) but with COVID, I wouldn't suggest that someone rents right now at all
