I always speak well of promenade park staff and maintenance, I have been treated fairly, with respect and I trust this team totally

I would not recommend this community solely because of the squirrels and other pests in the attic/roof area of my apartment. I have made maintenance aware of this problem for a year now, and despite early attempts, I was most recently told it was not their problem and they alerted the front office staff. The squirrels have been allowed to stay despite causing me to need to vacate for days after a squirrel and bird died in the neglected traps this past summer. I was told after that they would be cutting branches and repairing torn siding (torn from the inside, where the squirrels did damage from inside my roof) and other spots to help prevent critters from getting in, but none of that ever happened to my knowledge...if it did, it never stopped the squirrels from getting inside. My neighbors have commented on hearing the squirrels as well. This did not start until 2022. The squirrels are extremely loud and wake me up at night and early in the morning, yet I'm paying even more to be here despite having an even worse quality of life. The neighbor on the bottom floor apartment feeds them and encourages them to make their home in my roof and walls, and no aggressive attempts have been made to make her stop despite me bringing this to staff's attention once their emails went out last year. I am dreading the day they chew through the walls or ceiling and make a mess of my apartment while I'm at work.

Bugs in the home

I love the location and the quiet location this apartment has to offer. However, the maintenance of the landscaping and cleanliness of the building units could be better.

Lovely home in a convenient location

We already have had 2 members of our extended family move in here because they have seen how much we love this great community.

An established community with residents that stay for many years making it feel more like a condo than an apartment. Office staff and maintenance are responsive and helpful.

I would recommend because of location, apartment community is peaceful, well maintained grounds(gutters on garages could be cleaned out), nice amenities and easy to get maintenance.

ONly if they can afford it

AC and heater more than 25 years old and not efficient
Washer and Dryer more than 25 years old and clothes are getting torn
Toilet is failure model. it will reverse return many times

Pending on how high rent goes and after being here for almost two years should be able to go month to month at same rate, when I move in my rent was 1350.00 now 1625.00 that is way too high for these apartments

My hesitation is the lack of the availability of walk-in showers.
