This apartment community is by far the best Iâve lived in. If I wasnât changing areas for my job, Iâd renew my lease indefinitely. The staff is always so nice, the maintenance team is amazing, and the entire complex is always kept clean and up to date. I canât say enough great things about Marquis at Carmel Commons.

The staff at the Marquis at Carmel Commons is the reason that I have lived here three separate times. I've spent more than 10 years of my life in this community. From the office to the maintenance staff, everyone is kind, inclusive, professional, and provide the personal touches that make you happy to live here. Charlotte does an amazing job at curating a wonderful staff. NEVER CHANGE!

Overall Iâm satisfied with my place. The yearly rate should be re-evaluated because the amenities are not increasing and the apartments are beginning to show age and need updating.

I would recommend this property mainly because of the Management and Staff being professional and helpful with my needs and requests.In addition the grounds are well kept and the Monthly social gatherings are exciting and the food is always delicious.

we did recommend two family members however, rate increases Vs property conditions make it hard to give a higher score. The constant turnover of neighbors also impacts the ability to stay.
