The amenities at Gramercy Square are wonderful. One thing that could probably use improvement is the weight room. Maybe adding some more machines will help. Everything else is awesome!

Enforce trash collection rules. A lot of trash sits in hallways over weekends. Monitor/replace paper towels in gym for cleaning equipment are frequently out. It woud be nice to have recycling near mailboxes for junk mail.

Always very, very prompt. Work orders done same day! Best place ever stayed.
