This community is absolutely worth it in my opinion. The apartments are beautiful as well as the community as a whole. It's in a great area with lots of restaurants and entertainment. The amenities offered are what most residents are looking for and I'm especially happy about the apartments coming with cable, internet and washer and dryer. I would love to stay here!

This community is outstanding. The amenities are so inviting and attractive. The staff is very professional and helpful. I also like the fact that it is so accessible to shopping, restaurants and entertainment, plus the interstates.

The elevator is loud in Building 4. If/when it arrives, the bell can be quieter that would help. Also, due to a maintenance issue in my apartment, my water bill was extremely high. I've been told several times that someone would be contacting me regarding a credit and no one has.

Overall, I think Gramercy Square at Ayrsley is a fantastic property with great people working for the leasing office and maintenance crew.

Better clubhouse events. Extended clubhouse (game room and fire pits) hours until 12 p.m. on weekends. Options to rent our game room (for small gatherings!) Deposit for this would be okay!

Very satisfied with the customer service of the apartment complex. Whenever I have an issue, it is resolved quickly and I always receive follow up emails and surveys. Community is clean and offers great amenities, such as an area to wash your car, fire pit, vacuum area, and grills in multiple areas. I would definitely recommend this complex to other individuals.
