DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

This place is terrible. The management does not care about anything but the money. I have had several maintenance issues that have been ignored for over 2 months. These include things such as: rotting shelves, water damage, leaking sink, broken window, broken dishwasher, etc. All these issues have been within 3 months. I have to go into their office once a week to request an update and it seems like they are always either working on it or can't give me an update. The building is also infested with millipedes. I find a least one a day in my apartment. They have also been ignoring all of my emails. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER...I COMPLETLY REGRET MOVING IN HERE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NOT EVEN A HOMELESS PERSON.

Property is great, but management is not.

The property is convienant and quite. The only problem with this property is the office staff. David the property manger has the worst attitude. He feels every issue is the tenants fault and not his. I would recommend staying away from this property because of the office staff.

A choice community...and then some

After two years I still find the location ideal for tranquil living, shopping, and getting to/from work in 7 minutes. You can buy anything you need with three complexes just 2-5 minutes away (Crossroads, South Hills, Cary Towne). Entertainment (bowling, ice skating, movies) and many churches are seconds away as are a good range of restaurants. And yet you never hear traffic noise. A friend of mine has been there over 12 years and still loves it. The grounds are beautiful, quiet, and neighbors respect each other and are helpful. Quiet is important to me and it's never been an issue as it is with student-centered communities. The staff are respectful, attentive, and are always concerned about your experience.
