One of the less expensive rental communities in the Cary/Apex area. Convenient to highways which is nice except during rush-hour when it is difficult to get out. Very prompt and courteous maintenance staff. Office staff very friendly to prospects but "tolerant" of residents. Gated community but office guy Thomas doesn't know how to open the gate. Lots of parking except in lower half of community where the trailers, boats, inoperative vehicles and construction equipment being stored take up more spaces than the residents do. Laundry center on site but only 2 of the 8 dryers blow heat. Nice pool but not monitored so you get the group of 14-year old girls always smoking in the corner of the pool in the water, and the beer pong game floating around with beer spilling into the water, and the non-residents parking in the front and walking RIGHT PAST THE OFFICE STAFF to use the pool. Groundskeepers start mowing & blowing at 7:30am which is the same time the highway construction crews temporarily living here start shouting to each other across the parking lot as they depart . Don't come here if you're a late sleeper. The apartments themselves are quite nice and the community does have the best $-per-sq-ft ratio in the area.
