Online application is different from onsite application. Becarefull about the deposit. They call it an application depoist. They ask for it in conjunction with an application fee. They said the deposit was a special of $99. The application says it is a security deposit of $200. They also said it is refunded if the application is denied, you don't move in, or at the end of the lease if there are no damages(sounds like a security deposit). The application states it is only refundable for 72 hours from the application date. We applied on a Saturday, they include Sunday (which is not a business day) in the 72 hours. On Monday they called to say the application was approved but not the dog(dog is on the application). On Tuesday at 1100am I stated I was not interested in the apartment and would like my deposit back. They said no its been over 72hrs. First if Monday is 24 hrs(48 if they count Sunday) then Tuesday at the end of the day is 48(72 if you count Sunday). I asked for it back at 1100am on Tuesday(well with in the 72hrs which ever way you count). The contract does not specify a time signed, only a date so the end of the day is when the time should be up. Second if the dog which is on the application is not approved then the application, as filled out, is not approved. Third if they are going to hold people to what's on the application(application not a lease) then it should be completely correct, very precise and they should hold them selves to what is on the application also. Fourth the application should be the same no matter if you fill it out online or in person. And last they ask questions that are none of there business. Why do they need your doctor name and address. Based on this interaction I would not recommend trying to rent from them. Who knows what else you deal with after you actually sign a lease.
