Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

I found the apartment community to be a bit high, but workable. Some of the conveniences and services offered were well placed and deserved consideration. If looking for an apartment, I would consider this location.

I would love to see the actual apartment but seeing the picture and floor plans was all I was able to do.

This is a very nice community. The apartment offers a lot for the price.

The community was great. I loved the city feel, but the staff did not appear eager to connect with me.

The leasing consultant was pleasant and friendly. She was knowledgeable and had a friendly manner. The building itself was an antique and some of the original decor reflected its long history. It was a unique community.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

The community seemed to be pretty much top notch. I was not able to go into an apartment but I did see the floor plans. I think that the community would be a nice place to live based on the amenities, floor plans, outside community and based on the hospitality shown by the leasing professional.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

I was very pleased with the service that I received. I had a lasting impression of the professionalism that was used, as well as the kindness that was displayed.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

I liked the location. The leasing professional pointed out that they paid for gas, which covered heat and hot water, and we joked about getting a gas stove. She mentioned that the average electric bill for a one bedroom apartment of that size was $15 to $35 depending on usage. The free parking was a added bonus. She did not mention anything about the website. I was impressed.

Plenty of options

One year into my lease at Continental Life and it's had it's ups and downs. Pros: great central location, near theater, close to SLU, 10 mins either direction are downtown and CWE, double vanities, variety of layouts, great views, can see the building anywhere in the city. Cons: poor maintenance/upkeep, higher than average market rates, parking during Fox theater events, minimal eating options in walking distance
