Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The staff was very accommodating. The leasing agent was very professional. The community included so many amenities and services. I was very impressed.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

It was the most amazing community, made better by the fact that the agent showed me every amenity from the rooftop patio to the game room. She was fabulous.

The property was very high end and classy. The associate that helped me appeared very knowledgeable about this property.

Everything was wonderful. If I could I would move in right away.

This property is exceptional. This would be an extraordinary place to live. I was also very impressed with the leasing agent.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The apartment was a nice size and the set up was different. The amenities offered made me ready to pack and move in.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

I felt that they did a good job with the management in their hiring and they seem to have a very professional and upscale attitude when it came to the community. With the up-keeping of the location and all of the amenities that were included, they make it hard for one to look at another residence.

The community was at a premium location across from Shaw Park. There were bay windows from ceiling to floor. The message board which could be accessed from a computer kept you abreast of things to know such as deliveries.

Exactly what I was looking for!

The only reason I didn't give this apartment a rating of 5 is because of all the construction that is still being done (still working on some apartments, the 3rd floor, and the rooftop). For St. Louis it is definitely a luxury apartment building, and the price you pay is for a luxury apartment. Coming from Chicago, this price was not bad and features and amenities rivaled similar apartment buildings there.

There were certain amenities and features I wanted when looking for an apartment in St. Louis: updated appliances, washer and dryer in unit, a balcony, central heating and cooling, a breakfast bar (or island) in the kitchen, a gym, and a doorman. This apartment has all of these, except the balcony, which in my mind wasn't that big of a deal. There is a free laundry room on the 3rd floor if you w/d doesn't quite cut it. Extra features that sealed the deal for me were: theatre, study/meeting rooms, library with tons of books that I'd actually want to read, rooftop that will have a pool and bar/cooking area, game room, and last but not least... freshly brewed coffee 24/7! The concierge and staff are excellent. They really care about making the people who live here happy. If something needs to be fixed, they will come either that day or the next. This was especially important the first few weeks after moving. The apartment is new and they are still going through some growing pains; if the staff wasn't as helpful as they were through this, I definitely would have been upset.

Also, on a side note: the location mattered to me. I am in graduate school and I wanted to be somewhat close to the school. This area (Clayton) was exactly what I was looking for. I feel safe (most important), there is a nightlife in this area, great restaurants, and it is close to several shopping centers!

This property was very nice. It had amazing amenities that most places would never have. The apartments were very up to date and modernized. The amount of square footage for the price was a bit overpriced though.
