TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! Was a normal place to live when under the previous management but since current management took over the place has really become unpleasant. Management is always requesting to come into the units for one reason or another, so be ready to have NO PRIVACY! I don't know why they can't just do everything they need at the same time to help cut down on the amount of times they need to come in! The staff is very rude and make sure you get everything in writing with them because!
The homes are really cheaply put together- cracked drywall all throughout, really old appliances that barely work... Our screen door wouldn't close at all and when I called to let them know and ask for it to be fixed I was told it was due to settling and that they couldn't fix it and that as long the main door closes all the way I would just have to live with the screen door that doesn't latch.
The management appears to be helpful by giving tenants sidewalk salt in the winter, however they have to do this because the gutters don't work properly and ice builds 5+ inches thick on the main walkways! I showed the staff where the gutter on my unit was crooked and causing melting snow to drip and freeze and create a very thick dangerous ice patch right in front of my door. I asked them to fix the drainage but they said there wasn't anything they could do bc the gutter must not be installed right and they suggested I pick up some more salt from the office. I KNOW THE GUTTER WAS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY- THAT'S WHY I CALLED BC ITS THEIR JOB TO FIX IT! NO AMOUNT OF SALT WOULD EVER MELT THAT ICE.
We finally became so annoyed with the new management that we decided to move.
