I made an appointment to view this aprtment 2 weeks ahead of time. When i got there, the lady working in the leasing office said that the office closed already and she had to go to another job. Well, they could've called to reschedule but the lady was like, oh, i have nothing written down for you or else i would've! I even checked my phone to see if i Was wrong. Nope. It showed up on my history on May 12, talked to the lady for 2 min at 10am. I'm sure if they went back to listen to the recording, they would find it! Wasted my time and my husband's time. He took off work early so that he can come to the showing too.

I would never recommend this place to anyone! Although the place has been remodeled and it looks fantastic, the management team is not at all professional. Amy is supposedly the Assistant Manager, but she is not professional at all. She would come into work wearing sweats, bring her kids with her, and does not know anything about apartment renting or maintaining. She does not give accurate information and she will get into a verbal altercation with you if you object to whatever she's saying. Most of the time she will make up her own rules even though you know she's wrong. If anything, you must follow up with Kim, the manager, for accurate information. The only thing about getting in contact with Kim is, she is never there. I'm assuming she maintains multiple sites, so she's based somewhere else while Amy stays at Cornerstone.

Also, this place DOES NOT PLOW regularly. When it's the winter time, I can guaranteed you, your car will get stuck in the parking lot. There's a hill at the entrance/exit of the parking lot and your car will NOT be able to go up the hill, unless you start from the very bottom and make it a runway and turbo your car so it can go up. That is, if you car didn't get stuck before even reaching the hill. 

Overall, if there was a better management team and their maintenance team does a better job, it'll be a good place to live. The apartments are remodeled, so it is good. No complaints about the apartments itself.
