so much to list here, amenities broken and left unfixed, complete ambivalence towards community.

I've had more negative feedback than positive feedback for this survey.

Bad internet, bad security (No cameras in the garages, elevators, or hallways) Grills are in terrible shape and the price doesn't reflect the quality of amenities here.

Expensive otherwise great

Apartment is nice, but expensive. Ammenities are frequently crowded or down for maintance

Electronic locks, no onsite maintenance - not recommend. But others might be comfortable with this and the rooms are ok for temporary housing

Great, safe environment

The location of Flux is convenient, with many businesses within walking distance and the greenway entrance being close by.

Noisy pool and gym disrupt me, upstairs neighbors quite poor.

Simply because of tiffiny and Heidi, I would strongly advise against this place

Some of the residents don't respect shared spaces. They do not do there share to clean up after themselves.

Because this survey is the first correspondence I’ve received related to my experience after raising multiple safety concerns. I hear that y’all are offering 3 months free as a move in incentive. Yet cant follow up on concerns of current residents.

Legitimately very poorly run, although the staff has completely shuffled so maybe that will change, but I would not only not recommend this place I would actively discourage others from signing. I have spoken with others that lived in the Junction Flats location and was not surprised to learn their complex was run terribly once taken over by Simpson Properties as well.

flux is such a fun place to live! I love the location, amenities and apartment style

Since Simpson took over, the building and it's surroundings have become run down. The building isn't as clean, the amenities are seemingly more run down, out of date. The gym equipment is starting to break down, the grills rarely work. The hallways and mutual spaces have been dirty.
