Not worth of spending money on renting in Promenade Oaks. Horrible treatment from the Authority/Management. Poor Quality amenities inside the House. the taps, Boiler, Washer and drier etc can break anytime by its own. Once broken there would no compensation for the whole lot of inconveniences and will be awarded with Horrible and Ill treatment. I hated the approach of the MANAGEMENT during these kind of emergency. People in the Leasing office are now a days are very Rude in behavior.

I have never seen the Roads Cleaned during the snow time. Always dirty and tough for the commute. Actually this Column is not enough to write the horrible stuffs in Promenade Oaks. I am just fed up and I am just waiting Eagerly for my lease to get over (Actually counting days to get the lease over).

Maintenance workers are good and they would be ready for service when ever we request. Except this my experience in Promenade Oaks is NOT at all pleasing and I will NOT recommend Promenade Oaks to anyone.

Verdict : Super expensive and Ill treatment. Not worthy at all....

I live in Promenade Oaks apartment for more than a year now and this is one of the best duplex apartment that I have been in so far. The staff is friendly, apartment is spacious and clean. We have a courtyard so that anytime during non-winter months, you can get out and have a chat with neighbours, kids play etc. I would recommend this to anyone interested. The apartment is priced approriately for its luxury features

It was a very nice apartment I saw, but for the money it seems I could find a nicer one. They called them "luxury apartments," but I would not say they were luxury.

It's been "okay". No privacy at all because of the openness of the courtyard.

It's a nice area that's close to many things. There are some things that are not maintained as well as they should be. My neighbors are very loud. Otherwise I am pleased with the complex.

Quality of living in my building (#4) is getting worse with time after converting to pet friendly policy

The community is in a good location. There is an outdoor pool, but it was very small. The clubhouse was decorated nicely. The apartment was in good condition.

The amenities were somewhat limited and I would have liked to have seen a business office or hot tub. Overall the upkeep was very nice.

You can hear your neighbors through the paper thin walls. The appliances are so old they are falling apart and make horrible noises. Maintenance just says we can't do anything about the noise since they are old we just need to wait until it quits working. They charge you for painting the walls when they move out but they wont paint the walls when you move in. The maintenance team is less than professional. They walk through the place with their snowy and/or dirty shoes getting my white rugs dirty with their boots. They tested my furnace in the morning turning it on the max temp and forgetting about it until I got home later in the night. I have one person over and they are forced to park 2 buildings away because lack of parking.

The community was unique and I would recommend it to others.

The community is beautifully landscaped. The apartments are spacious with lots of natural light. Some areas of the apartments are outdated, including bathroom lighting and counter tops, while other areas are modern, including certain light fixtures and flooring.

The leasing professional was very engaging. When I shared that I was new to the state and did not find the people friendly, she put her pen down and simply began to chat. That was exactly the warmth that I have been searching for. She also asked her colleague to share her experience as a new resident of the state.

I found the rental rates to be excessive given the features of the apartment and the amenities of the community.

The rooms were very small but very nice. The rent was definitely appropriate for the area and the size of the apartment.

The leasing professional was kind, polite and really seemed to want to help me. I think the customer service was excellent. I did not get to see an apartment, but the alternative was great.
