Made the mistake of re-signing our lease after they changed management. They are trying to "fix" things but have NO follow through whatsoever. They have money to put up a new sign and change the name but everything else is ignored. Water damage is just painted over and the stains just show up again months later, renovations and repairs are promised after you move in to a damaged unit, report the damages and NOTHING happens. Fob to get into pool area/gym/heated parking were changed BEFORE the replacement fobs were brought in and nobody in the office knows how to reprogram the old ones so good luck using the "free amenities" since there is NO OTHER WAY into these areas. The only thing they are good at is raising the cost of rent/heated parking/charging for ALL UTILITIES when before some of them were free. Entrance locks are ripped and pried off on a regular basis by tenants and management gave up and removed them so now there is NO security. $ for a new sign but no $ to install a camera to prevent this from happening? Tenants are rude and have been allowing their pets to defecate in the garages and hallways. Cleaning crew is awesome, but they can only do so much. Save your money!! For the ridiculous amount they are charging you can find better apartments in Burnsville!!!

We recently moved into a one bedroom apartment. The renovations are beautiful and the location is great. The office and maintenance have been very responsive and helpful. I recommend checking these out.

I recently just signed a lease with Raven Hill. If it wasn't for Ashley Motzko with Pinnacle I wouldn't have felt so comfortable with signing it. Ashley was always on top of everything I needed and helped relax my anxieties and fears!! I can't wait to move in next weekend!!!

Lived here for 4 years then the property was sold. I couldn't wait for my Lease to end! Had additional 6 months to observe the new ownership/management. Everything went down the toilet FAST! They fired all of the 'on-site' staff that lived at the community, cleaned it, repaired it, etc. Turned into a filthy, smelly, trash pit place to live. Management was awful.

I can't have my sliding glass door open during warm temperatures because people smoke cigarettes and/or stagnant cigarette smell drifts into my apartment.
