The appearance of the community was flawless. It was well maintained and had very nice amenities. The leasing professional was very nice.

I enjoyed viewing the property; however, I did have problems with the layout of the apartment. I did not like how the bathroom was inside of the bedroom. Also, the extra nook in the living room was a bit odd for me. Similarly, I did not like that the water heater was housed in a huge closet in the living room. I did appreciate how neat and clean the grounds were kept. It appeared to be a quiet, safe community, which was a major plus. The team member did a fair job in providing the information regarding the apartment. She was warm, friendly, and very likable.

The apartment was roomy and had the amenities I wanted. Extra storage, ice maker, and bedrooms at the opposite ends of the apartment were pluses. I liked having the pool and work out room. The rent was reasonable.

I looked into Waterford West as possible rental home for me and my family, but when I informed them I would not be able to rent from them, the staff told me my refundable fee was not refundable. I would advise staying away from this place if at all possible.

The staff was caring and professional, yet friendly. I felt confidence in their commitment to make me comfortable as a guest and as a resident. The wooded lot was beautiful and added very much to the appeal of the community. The office was conveniently located on the way out of the community, which would make rental payments or stopping in for a question very convenient.

The location and pool are the nicest features of this community. I like that everything is updated regarding the flooring and lights. Gas stove and heat is another good selling point. The fitness room is a bit too small for my taste.

The apartment homes are very cozy and nestled back into the areas neighborhood. There isn't a lot of traffic and the community is secluded. The landscaping was well kept and my leasing agent experience was great. The apartment homes are very inviting and the floor plan is excellent. There is a play area for children as well as a grilling area with picnic tables. It is a cozy setting and I would recommend the community to my friends and family.
