The clubhouse was clean and well maintained which was very inviting when I arrived. Each associated I encountered was friendly and seemed interested in helping me. Driving through the community everything appeared to be well maintained. The apartment was nice and did offer some things that I may not find elsewhere such as built-in shelving and a high efficiency washer and dryer. The price did seem a bit high for what was offered.

The property is a great price for what you get. The staff are well trained professionals with a twist of their own style. I could see myself being very happy here and will gladly recommend to my friends and family.

Due to the excessively rainy few weeks that we just experienced along with unseasonable cool temperatures, the landscaping and clearing of the wooded areas was just beginning. Yard workers and landscapers were busy clearing out the winter's leavings, and preparing the grounds for landscaping.

This community rose above many others, with simple details like wooden doors, on-site maintenance that would install upgrades at no cost, and staff who were enthusiastic and eager to serve.

I have toured many apartment communities and this one provided the best value of any that I have seen. Any place that may exceed these amenities or the quality of the apartments would be priced considerably higher.

The community amenities were outstanding. I would feel like I was on vacation at a resort with a heated pool, fitness center, volleyball court, basketball hoops, play areas, fire pit, community events, dog park and community garden. I felt that the apartment itself was a little small for the price.

The staff was great and gave outstanding customer service.
