I would live here because I loved the fact that you have your own entrance. This community provided the convenience of a home without the responsibility because you do not have to cut grass and shovel snow.

The community looked great upon driving in. The clubhouse was decorated well and arranged nicely and was very inviting. The work out area was very clean and nicely equipped. The grounds appeared neat and orderly. The inside of the model was out dated. The appliances were old and the refrigerator had a big scratch on the front of it. The cabinetry in the master bathroom had chips around the edges. The floor in the kitchen appeared old and out dated. The leasing professional that took me on the tour was very friendly, personable, and pleasant.

The apartment was nice, spacious and had a washer/dryer. The staff was friendly.

The community was close to freeways, shopping, and community services.

The team member was trying to give me a great customer experience with her expressions and by changing her sound. It was hard for me to hear her since her voice was low. Most of the expressions were not easy to place. The apartments were old inside and needed more attention and renovation. The closet doors were too old and the kitchen needed more attention.

I was not impressed with what little information the leasing agent gave me about the apartment community and amenities offered when I initially called. However, the leasing agent that gave me the tour gave me a very different experience. She was thorough and detailed with explaining and showing of the apartment and community.

The clubhouse was loud. The television was blaring and the other team member talked over my head as opposed to inviting the new guest to have a seat.

I did not see much of the community. From what I did see it seemed to be a well kept community.

The leasing professional did not create excitement, or try to get a commitment from me.

The community was well maintained and clean. The vacant apartment was also very clean and had a fresh smell to it. The leasing professional was articulate and helpful. However, she did not identify my needs in depth before we went on the tour.

The price was a little high for me, but it was what I would want. I liked being able to fit my furniture in without having it cramped. It was designed to be livable on a long term basis. The kitchen and bath showed very well and were well cared for. Even though a major road was nearby, the woods made it very quiet. I saw a lot of birds and squirrels walking around. The buildings exterior was clean and fresh looking, almost new looking.
