Rents to high

The people living in the community make it a place that would only be desirable if you were used to being around loud, unruly kids.

I wouldn't because of the price and income restricts. That may be a problem for some . I would because of the layout, space and privacy.

I like the apartment set up but I would probably not recommend just based on the type of people that live here.

There is an income maximum on this property not listed anywhere on the website or in the email sent to me by the community. Apparently as a student I make too much money to live here?

The community is quiet, safe, family friendly, and at reasonable distance to any area in town

The structures to arrange for each apaments are really individual and uniquely beautiful.

The location is great,with lots of grass for pets. Need better fitness area for residents.

I would not recommend. The rent is way too expensive! Also I don't the quality of people the community attracts.

I have recommend this apartment to a friend and also to a family member.

The community was neat and well cared for. There were few amenities, but what I saw looked to be in good condition. The clubhouse had a small exercise room and there was a decent sized playground for kids. The price for leasing was within a normal range for the area but the charges for having a washer/dryer in the apartment seemed high. There were value packages available that included the washer/dryer charge and some extras like having the carpet cleaned once a year. However, it did not seem to be enough to justify the price of the extras.

The leasing agent did make the experience pleasant in terms of renting. She was nice and I would feel comfortable living there.

The location was great. I am partial to houses and trailers, but this community was quiet, clean, and the rent was about what I would expect in this area.

I had a difficult time connecting with the intended associate. I got automatic answering machine 4 times. I think I would be discouraged if I was not able to connect with a live person over 4 tries. However, when I got to the community, I had a good experience. I did feel that for a community with an income qualification, it was overpriced. The price is what I would expect for any comparable community without the price qualification.
