Please read so you don't go though it.The staff are very nice and helpful and so the grounds are amazing.but that's about it!the windows and even the main door let in cold air during winter forcing us to increase the heat to overcompensate.
but that is not the least of my concerns.Imagine living in an apartment that was supposed to be a home but becomes complete nightmare.From first week of February and uptill now,the place turned into an ant infested place.and when I say ants,i mean the huge black ones that are the size of roaches.when I first noticed them ,I contacted the club house who said that exterminators would come ina week.you could imagine during that week we had ants roaming around our personal items in thebathroom,over the kitchen countertop ,in our closets and by the dozens.walking into my apartment was a complete nightmare!everyday we would have to chase and kill 15 to 20 of them.the exterminators were coming in week after week,but honestly with no solution.i think things reached a disgusting limit,when I woke up one day to notice a huge insect walking on my bed.the week after (third week of march),I felt something crawling on my leg when I was watching tv,Another huge bug!During all that I tried to reach out to management to find a solution but nothing from them.the only person who reached out was my leasing consultant.I always pay my rent on time,but when I decided to withhold until the problem was solved (my legal right),I got slapped with a fee.So you can imagine the way customers are treated by this goup.i am very glad I was on a short term lease.please think twice as I learned from my neighbors that many apartments had the same problem.
