Going to the community was nice. The phone call with the target agent was a bit long, but it was okay because she was trying to help me. Once I arrived at the office, I was greeted immediately by the agent and asked to sit down. We went over the phone conversation and began the tour right away. We went to the fitness room and pool area and walked to the model. Once inside, the agent led the tour with authority while showing me each feature and especially overcoming my objectives. The closing was explained in the tour, and then I was asked to fill out an application. I declined, but I was given plenty of material to go over in case I changed my mind. The amenities were awesome with a sauna in the fitness room! I would recommend everyone to live here.

The property has a lot to offer its residents, and the management staff was an added addition to the benefit of becoming a resident. The property was very well maintained and a pleasant environment to live in. The location was exceptional with shopping within close distance making it accessible during any inclement weather. I really enjoyed my tour of the apartment and community for it was well worth my time. The leasing agents were also very polite and a pleasure to communicate with. This would be the ideal location to call home based on what the property has to offer its residents along with the staff and location.

The leasing agents treated me professionally and answered all my questions. The community in general had everything anyone would need. It was wonderful and I would be recommending to anyone who wanted to live in a clean and wonderful place. The location was near to shopping, restaurants and schools.

Customer service was not strong during this visit. The customer should be made to feel as if this is their home by the LPC professional.
