Great place to live
I haven't lived at Clearbrook long. I only just moved in June, But I am very, very happy here. I moved here from a very old run down, privately rented town home in PA (NO washer, dryer, A/C, constant water leaks in basement, yard riddled with cluster flies, VERY loud rambunctious neighbors whom I had to call the cops on 3 times in one month) Needless to say, I am thankful to be out of that situation and here at Camden Clearbrook.
The complex is well maintained and looked after. There are dog waste stations conveniently located every few feet along the side walks, The pool that someone in an earlier review mentioned was not at all dirty but also looked after and maintained. The gym has everything you would need for a rather substantial workout, no it is not huge but if you are looking to get a well rounded work out in; it has what you need. The valet waste removal is great and convenient. For recycling or larger items there are waste locations in fair walking distance to each building. There is an elementary school at the base of the complex entrance with great school ratings. Children are also allowed to use the playground on the school grounds after school hours. The complex to me feels like it is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. No loud music, shouting or partying, it feels like a community that has a lot of families. I had to request assistance from maintenance once and received a prompt response and had the issue resolved in a few hours.
I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the Leasing office, everyone was very warm, welcoming and ready to offer any assistance I might have needed. The office hours are convenient to people who have average working hours and the online payment option further adds to the convenience factor that this complex has a lot of. As for the price, I think that Camdem offers competitive, fair rates for what is being offered. There are washers, dryers, and dishwasher in unit, beautiful views from balcony's, and the property is in a location convenient to public transport, shopping and dining.
